So today I see on Pacer that the bank the travel trailer is with has filed a Notice of Motion for relief from stay and abandonment.
Our date for Objections is Oct 23rd and the hearing for this is set for October 27, 2009 @ 10 am.
Should we attened this? or wil this be not needed since...

Reply to giving up the travel trailerYou have a mandatory 60 day objection period after your 341 date. Once that has passed, your discharge comes next.
You will receive discharge papers in the mail, or you can log into Pacer and watch for it yourself. You would also see any objections and such filed there, before they show up...08-28-2009, 11:42 AM -
We have a travel trailer and are not reaffirming it. We have reaffirmed our cars. We sent a letter to the bank for our first mortage to reaffirm but have not heard ANYTHING.
