They won't come after you personally, they can foreclose, and if next lender checks he can find your foreclosure in public records. I was told by my attorney that i could walk away from my home any time i wanted , after my Bk. My guess is that because you filed the Bk , you dont have to worrie. But thats a good question. I need to look that up.06-10-2010, 12:46 PM
