My Chapter 7 BK was issued/dismissed in Oct 2010. I made the choice to keep my home but I am having trouble making my house payments now (for several reasons). What will happen if I get behind 1 or 2 house payments? I am current right now but cannot make my December payment and can see that I will probably fall behind another payment in July because I receive no paycheck in July (I am considered a 10 1/2 month employee and only receive paychecks for 11 months. Will I lose my home?
