My father was ether in Chapter 11 or 7 approx 7 years ago and I am sure never paid back his creditors...He passed away last year but I never thought much about his will (one..its was sad) but 2 I assumed that the creditors would just gobble it all up..I don't think he has much in his name but if he did should I persue it since I am his heir. Is there a limitation to when creditors can't stop asking for their money?
