My husband & I filed Ch. 7 in 2003. We have had several other legal issues since that time. We recently settled a case for $85K (last one). We had 3 unsecured creditors file claims totaling $35K. I got $37.5K in a fen-phen settlement in 2006. BK Trustee kept $30K of that money. I got $7.5K since...04-06-2010, 07:32 PM
