We are in the process of filling out the questionnaire that our attorney gave us so that he can process all the paperwork. It's all so confusing. And now that our accounts are being sent to collection agencies I want to make sure that every necessary piece of information gets included.

Plus it's so tricky to try to value the items in our home. The cars were easy, the mobile home, no problem. But the storage sheds worth of garage sale fodder is going to be much more difficult.

I seriously doubt we are going to be able to file on the 16th as originally hoped. But I guess I'll see, bankruptcy attorneys must be used to dealing with tons of useless information and extrapolating the useful information from the huge pile of papers we give them.
