I see lots of questions posted and answers to them but can't find the button/link or whatever to post my bk questions to the bk forum. I am trying to file a pro se chapter 7 bk in Alaska and the schedules are driving me bonkers, especially regards my truck. I have a 2009 Honda Ridgeline which has BBK of $18,000 (has a dent) and I still owe $26,600. I am not keeping it. don't understand what amount to list on schedule B - Personal Property, schedule D - Secured Claims and schedule J (i.e. do I list it on J? - I am guessing not to list on J since I am returning the truck.
