I had a quick question:

My husband and I will be filing for a chapter 7 and have a home based business that is not income producing yet. Can we legally claim "tools of the trade" exemptions to keep all of our office equipment, computers, etc or do those exemptions really only apply to a "true business"?. We dont have a business license yet either..should we even mention it in the filing?
