I had agreed to surrender two vehicles out of my Chapter seven. I was under the assumption that I would be contacted by the lender to arrange this, but a repoman showed up at two A.M., and dragged the car out of my driveway. I made a call, and the second car was discretely picked up by Collateral Services and returned to the lien holder without any embarrassment. I wish I had known about Collateral Services before my first car was dragged away.

And right now I am wondering when or if the bank is coming to pick up my car. Is this Collateral Service a place that makes arrangements to get the car for the lender any lender? My car loan belonged to Wells Fargo. I hate wondering if my car will be there in the morning.
