Reply to Surrendering a VehicleHello, my chp 7 was just discharged in March and I also surrendered my car in the BK. And right now I am wondering when or if the bank is coming to pick up my car. I had agreed to surrender two vehicles out of my Chapter seven. I was under the assumption that I would be contacted by the lender to arrange this, but a repoman showed up at two A.M., and dragged the car out of my driveway.
