You will get more responses if you will post this over in the forum section, rather than the blogs, but I can tell you this--- In a chapter 13, you need the trustee's permission before you take on new debt, so unless the trustee says ok, you will have to wait until you are done. I have my vehicle in the plan and it shows I owe $1,900 I noticed they taking my payments of $400 per month and applying most of it to this car loan.
