With the frequency in which people are filing bankruptcy now a day its no surprise that there are stricter restrictions. Its understandable but not for me jk. Like many others i recently defaulted on my home loan and had to file for bankruptcy but i couldn't get chapter 7 because of the means test and proof of income. So i had to chapter 13 what a pain they're just playing with me man. Just finish the job already IRS
