If it was a Chapter 7, you need towait 2 years. If it was a Chapter 13, you can actually buy a house when your in your 3-5 years, so I guess you can buy one now. It will be hard to get any kind of no money down loan, thoe have pretty much dried up due to mess. Now is excellent time, great...
