So, I filed BK chapter7 on June 23rd 2009. Presumed abuse issued 7.30.09. Then withdrawn 9.03.09. My 60-days were up on September 21st.

I called the clerk and she discharged my case today: September 28th 2009. Just like that...be very nice...I suggest giving the court a call. It may be your lucky day. Well its time to get back to the basics....New Start! Good luck to all...
