Filed chapter 7. Did not opt to reinstate my rental agreement with my lease. The Landlord husband file a "relief of Stay" but lost due to not being the owner of the home. We have now received in the mail our discharge. The Landlord filed bk prior to us without our notice but found out...11-28-2009, 01:32 PM
